The DFO Course is owned and copyrighted by Draw Fashion Online.
You are not allowed to reproduce, republish or redistribute any of it's work, without prior written permission, else you can be legally punished under the Copyright Infringement Act, 1957.
1) ALL REQUIRED MATERIALS ARE TO BE PURCHASED BY THE INDIVIDUAL. ADDITIONAL MATERIALS MAY BE REQUIRED FOR THE NEXT LEVEL COURSE.
2) ALL ILLUSTRATIONS ARE TO BE CREDITED TO DRAW FASHION ONLINE – FASHION ILLUSTRATION COURSE, WHILE SHARING ON ANY PLATFORMS.
3) THE FASHION ILLUSTRATION COURSE WILL HELP SKETCH IDEAS. IT IS NOT A FASHION DESIGN COURSE. THIS ONLY FOCUSES ON LEARNING SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES OF ILLUSTRATING. LEARNING FASHION DESIGNING REQUIRES FIELD EXPERIENCE AND WORK.
4) NO RECORDING OF SESSIONS SHALL BE FACILITATED.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the course content. You will enroll individually, and you cannot share with any third party, access to the course information and knowledge you gather.

Draw Fashion Online’s Fashion Illustration Course will help sketch ideas. We also want to make sure that our students and instructors feel safe and comfortable. We have drafted these guidelines for people to understand the rules when participating in our courses and using our Services.

Please do not violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. Please do not share content that you do not have the right to share, claim content that you did not create as your own, or otherwise infringe or misappropriate someone else’s intellectual property or other rights.

Subject to these Terms and our policies (including the Acceptable Use Policy, Code of Conduct, and other terms), we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services.
CODE OF CONDUCT

Student participating in the course must agree to abide by the following code of conduct:

I will access the course sessions individually.

I will be attentive during the hourly sessions, follow the notes and practice homework on my own.

I will not make solutions to anyone else’s practice homework. This includes both solutions written by me, as well as any solutions provided by the course staff or others.

I will not engage in any other activities that will dishonestly improve my results or dishonestly improve or hurt the results of others.

I will not record the course sessions.
Using Draw Fashion Online
Who May Use our Services
You may use our Services only if you can form a binding contract with Draw Fashion Online, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. When you enroll for your Draw Fashion Online course, and subsequently when you use certain features, you must provide us with accurate and complete information, and you agree to update your information to keep it accurate and complete. Use or access by anyone under the age of 21 is, to be authorized by Parental Guidance.
Our Courses
No Academic Credit
Participation in or completion of a course does not confer any academic credit. You agree not to accept credit for completing a course. Draw Fashion Online is conducted in an individual capacity. Hence, no certificate shall be provided. However, you will learn skills, and the quality of learning will be not be less. But there is no certificate , and no academic value.
Disclaimer of Student-Course Relationship
Nothing in these Terms or otherwise with respect to your participation in any course: (a) establishes any relationship between you and any educational institution with which Draw Fashion Online may be associated; (b) enrolls or registers you in any educational institution, or in any course offered by any educational institution; or (c) entitles you to use the resources of any educational institution beyond participation in the course.
Your Content
Student’s Content
The Services enable you to share your content, such as practice assignments you submit, posts you make on social media pages and the like ("Student Content"), with Draw Fashion Online, instructors, and/or other students. You retain all intellectual property rights in, and are responsible for, the Student Content you share.
How Draw Fashion Online and Others May Use Student Content
To the extent that you provide Student Content, you grant Draw Fashion Online a fully-transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works based on, display, and otherwise use the Student Content.
Draw Fashion Online reserves the right to remove or modify Student Content for any reason, including Student Content that we believe violates these Terms.
Testimonials
We welcome your suggestions, ideas, comments, and testimonials regarding the Services ("Testimonials"). By submitting any Testimonials, you grant us the right to use the Testimonial without any restriction or any compensation to you. By accepting your Testimonial, Draw Fashion Online does not waive any rights to use similar or related Testimonials previously known to Draw Fashion Online obtained from other sources.
Paid Services
Draw Fashion Online offers paid Services (e.g. the Course) for a fee. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in INR - Indian National Rupee. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner with a payment mechanism associated with the applicable paid Services. Fees may vary based on your location and other factors, and Draw Fashion Online reserves the right to change any fees at any time at its sole discretion. Any change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting through the relevant Services.
Refunds are unavailable.
Modifying our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functions, features, or requirements.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DRAW FASHION ONLINE PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT OR INFORMATION.
Resolving Disputes
Draw Fashion Online will resolve any disputes. This shall not involve any personal appearance by the parties or witnesses. This will be done online or via written submissions alone.
General Terms
Revisions to the Terms
We reserve the right to revise the Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Any revisions to the Terms will be effective immediately.
Severability; Waiver
If it turns out that a particular provision of these Terms is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms. If you do not comply with these Terms, and we do not take immediate action, this does not indicate that we relinquish any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
Draw Fashion Online Refund Policy
Effective as of October 30, 2020.
We do not offer any refunds in any case. We have no obligation to offer refunds to students in any case, whether they complete the course or not, or who are otherwise unsatisfied with their final output.
For any reason, if you wish to terminate your use of a paid Service at any point after making the payment, a refund is unavailable under our Refund Policy. We will resolve any issues from our end to help you finish your course.
